We believe in transparent pricing. Our prices are based on student headcount (and staff and/or faculty when included) which directly correlates with our costs. There are no startup fees and getting started is simple. Users simply sign up with your institution’s access code and get going. See our “Benefit FAQs.”

Part Time & Seasonal Staff or Faculty

When included in your agreement, part time and seasonal staff or faculty are counted at 50% toward your Headcount number. Example: 100 part time or seasonal staff or faculty = 50 added to Headcount. This reduces your total annual costs.
